General terms and conditions applicable to orders placed through the Lubrifly site.
These general terms govern the commercial relationship between Lubrifly and the professional customers who purchase products through the website or the enabled commercial channels. They are governed by the Spanish and European regulations applicable to business-to-business trade and to the protection of personal data.
Use of the site and the placing of any order imply express acceptance of these general terms of purchase.
The user may register on the platform to place orders. During the registration and/or ordering process, the personal and commercial data needed to process the order and to manage subsequent actions (shipping, invoicing, after-sales service) will be requested.
During the purchase process, the user must provide a valid email address, as this will be the main communication channel with Lubrifly.

The prices shown on the website are those in force at any given time. When a product is on offer, the special price and, where applicable, its validity period will be clearly shown.
Lubrifly reserves the right to modify, withdraw or change products without prior notice, without this giving rise to any compensation in favour of the user.
Lubrifly is liable for any lack of conformity of all products offered on the website for a period of three (3) years from delivery, in accordance with current legislation.
Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity appearing within the first two (2) years from delivery shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, except where this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the type of non-conformity, or where the seller proves improper use of the product.
Any complaint must be addressed to Lubrifly by email at info [at] lubrifly [dot] com. The customer service team undertakes to respond as soon as possible.
The personal data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, the user accepts the processing of their data for the stated purposes.
These terms of purchase are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
